Our Location
Housed in the lovingly restored Ahawath Yeshurun Shar’a Torah synagogue, Sixth Street Community Center is at the heart of the Loisaida community, located at 638 East Sixth Street, between Avenues B & C.
Only two blocks from Tompkins Sq. Park, Sixth Street can be reached on foot from the F/V trains at the Lower East Side stop; from the 6 and R/W trains at the 8th St stop, and by the M14A, M14D, and M9 buses from Union Sq (to 6th street).
