CSA Membership Summer/Fall 2025 Registration

    Our 2025 Summer/Fall CSA season will begin on Tuesday, June 10th and run until November 19th.
    ​We will be continuing our partnership with Hepworth Farm, located in New York's Hudson Valley to provide high-quality produce including Vegetable Shares  and Fruit Shares.     For what’s available see our sample chart. 

    In addition to produce, we will continue to offer wild Alaskan fish year-round. We will also have available Stonehouse olive oils and balsamic vinegar, organic eggs, butter, yogurt, honey, maple syrup and other specialty items. You can also join our organic raw milk and cheese club. 
     
    This Season we will continue using a sliding scale payment structure that will offer subsidized shares to low-income households. Your participation supports our efforts to make healthy local organic produce accessible to all members of our community.

    24 Tuesday pick-ups, 4pm - 7pm: June 10 - November 18, 2025 (Every week)

    15 Tuesday pick-ups, 4pm - 7pm: Pickup  Dates TBD between June 11 - November 18, 2025

     Please note that there will be an additional 3% platform fee if you pay online via card or pay pal. We do not accept cash. 
    *Limited number of shares for individuals and families receiving SNAP benefits. Please provide a copy of your EBT card along with the membership registration form. 
    FRUIT SHARE (Hepworth Farm, NY) ​11 Pick-ups: June 10 - Nov. 18, 2025 (Every other week )

    PLEASE NOTE: If you  are selecting a vegetable and fruit share and are paying online, please add the two normal prices together and add 3% for the processing fee. Thanks so much.
    I understand that the benefits and risks of the growing season in these difficult economic times are shared by all and agree to the responsibilities that entail being a part of the Sixth Street Community Center Summer Share.

    1. CSA Membership Fees – Payment is due in full by June 10th.
    You may pay using debit, credit or paypal via the online pay now option at the end of this form. Please note that for online payment options, there is a     3% platform fee. Other payment options include: check or money.  We also accept Food Stamps/EBT. Email [email protected] and cc info@sixthstreetcenter.org to arrange. Installment payments in increments of 25% are available if needed.  Please note that there are no refunds and no exceptions. Membership payments support the farmer and our centers ability to operate the CSA Program. 

    Minimum initial payment is 25% to join. Please note that there are no refunds. 
    *if enrolling in this payment plan 25% of share cost due by June 11; 25% due July 1; 25% due August 1; and 25% due September 1

    2. Committee Involvement -- Members are required to participate in at least two committee shifts to fulfill your volunteer duties.
    An email will be sent to all CSA members with a link to the Signup website. There you will be able to reserve volunteer dates and times that work for you.​

    Below are the various committees we offer. 
    Sixth Street subsidizes low-income CSA shares for our community. Please check with your employer regarding matching funds to not-for-profit organizations. ​
In order to complete your CSA Registration, you will need to submit two things:
1. Registration form (options for submission: online via form above, as a completed pdf registration form via email to [email protected] or paper form dropped off in person)
2. Payment (options for submission: online below, mailing in payment or dropping it off in person)
3.  If you would like to make an additional tax-deductible donation to  support low-income shares, you may do so via venmo @sixthstreetcc or our donate link below. We thank you for your generosity and support!
