Winter/Spring Share
This winter and spring we are offering Full, Reduced & Veggie Only Winter Shares with 24 weekly pick-ups of primarily organic produce from local, regional and out-of-state growers. In addition, we are pleased to offer our Local Only Share option of organic, fresh produce from Norwich Meadows Farm and frozen produce from Winter Sun Farms in upstate New York. This CSA share option offers pick-ups every three weeks -- a total of 8 pick ups.

$49/week, total: $1,175 for 24 weeks

Reduced Share: Veggies, Fruits, Frozen Items for 1 – 3 people *

$41/week, total: $975 for 24 weeks

Veggie Only Share: Veggies and Frozen Items for 1 – 3 people *

$30/week, total: $725 for 24 weks

I understand that the benefits and risks of the growing season in these difficult economic times are shared by all and agree to the responsibilities that entail being a part of the Sixth Street Community Center Winter Share:

1. Payments – Payment is due in full by November 26. Installment plans are available if needed. We also accept Food Stamps/EBT. Call 212-677-1863 to arrange. Minimum initial payment is $100 to join. Please note that there are no refunds.

2. Committee Involvement -- Members are required to participate in at least two committee shifts to fulfill your volunteer duties.
An email will be sent to all CSA members with a link to the Volunteer Spot website. There you will be able to reserve volunteer dates and times that work for you.

Below are the various committees we offer.

Check one or any that you are interested in. *

Site Management Committe: Set up and distribute produce (3pm-5pm), handle inquiries (5pm-7pm) or breakdown and clean-up (7pm- 9pm). Take this opportunity to get to know your fellow members and neighbors. Café Committee – Help with prep work at Organic Soul Café. Newsletter/Media Committee- Assist in the production of the bimonthly newsletter and CSA social media maintenance.
