EAT THIS: Summer Squash with Feta & Mint
Combine lemon juice, olive oil, and salt & pepper. Use half of this mixture to coat sliced squash. Grill over high heat for approximately 7-8 min (turning occasionally) OR roast in in 425° oven for approximately 12 minutes, until cooked through and lightly caramelized. Toss cooked squash in remaining oil/lemon mix. Cool for 10 min, then toss feta cheese & mint and serve. | DRINK THIS: John Daly
Fill a tall glass with ice, pour in vodka and triple sec, and fill the rest of the glass with equal parts lemonade and iced tea. Garnish with lemon.
